Inspired by the vibrant street markets of Vietnam, doi moi plays with aromatic, sweet, sour, acidic and the surprise of spicy hot. We use minimal oil and dairy and rely more on the lite, fresh flavors of herbs and vegetables to deliver a flavorful, and healthy menu.
